I communicate the vision and strategy that inspires engineering and product teams in the delivery of innovative software solutions.

I started my technical career over 20 years ago as a software engineer because of my passion for coding and problem solving. But as my skills in leadership, communication, and teamwork flourished, my greatest strength was bringing teams together to recognize their potential and achieve something remarkable.

This strength is rooted in my ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, building relationships that shape the future of product portfolios. Whether meeting with executives, stakeholders, managers, technical or non-technical people, I can speak their language and cultivate a culture of collaboration.
